The EULA sets out the terms of use for the Estate Office CRM plugin, add-ons, files, updates, documentation, license keys, and licensing server services.
The plugin is software installed in the Client's WordPress environment and works with the estateofficecrm.pl licensing server to verify entitlements, the domain, and updates.
Purchase, payments, subscription, and the Client Account are also governed by the Terms of Service: https://estateofficecrm.pl/?page_id=204.

After a successful purchase or Trial generation, the Licensor grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the plugin in accordance with the selected package.
The license does not transfer any copyrights, trademark rights, domains, the Estate Office CRM name, or the infrastructure of the license server.
The license includes one production domain unless the package description, an individual agreement, or the license settings indicate a different domain limit.

The license term depends on the selected package: Trial, a term-based package, a subscription, or a one-time/lifetime package, if available in the offer.
In the subscription model, the right to use, updates, and support lasts for the paid period and renews upon successful recurring payment.
After the license expires, the plugin may lose access to updates, support, modification features, or switch to limited mode in accordance with the message displayed in the product.

The client activates licenses for the domain of their WordPress installation. The activation domain is visible in the Client Panel.
The client can deactivate a domain and transfer the activation to another domain within the license limit, if the license status allows such an operation.
Attempts to bypass the domain limit, share the key outside the Client's organization, or perform mass activation may result in license blocking.

The client may install and use the plugin on their own website or on a website operated for their business, within the scope consistent with the package and intended use of the product.
The client may back up the plugin files together with a backup of their WordPress website.
The client may use updates made available by the Licensor during the active license period.

The client may not sell, sublicense, rent out, share the key with third parties, or offer the plugin as a standalone product under another name.
The client may not remove copyright notices, circumvent licensing mechanisms, interfere with the license server, generate unauthorized keys, or conduct automated tests that could affect the stability of the service.
It is forbidden to use the plugin for unlawful activities, infringement of third-party rights, spamming, bypassing security measures, or processing data in violation of the law.

If the plugin components or their dependencies are subject to separate open-source licenses, including licenses compatible with the WordPress ecosystem, the terms of those licenses shall prevail to the extent they mandatorily govern the given component.
This EULA governs, in particular, the rights to the Licensor's proprietary elements, trademarks, name, documentation, services, account, license keys, updates, and access to the license server.

Updates may include security patches, bug fixes, new features, payment integration changes, or adjustments to new versions of WordPress, PHP, and legal regulations.
The Licensor exercises due care to ensure that updates are compatible with the current WordPress environment, but the Client should perform backups and test updates in their own environment.
The Licensor is not responsible for conflicts with outdated versions of WordPress, PHP, themes, other plugins, or custom modifications to the Client’s website, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

The plugin may connect to the licensing server for activation, validation, updates, and entitlement diagnostics.
The following may be transferred: license key, product, plan, license status, domain, website address, request IP address, plugin version, WordPress/PHP version, activation status, and basic technical logs.

In the event of a breach of the EULA, the Licensor may request that the Client remedy the breach, restrict access to updates, block the key, or terminate the license with future effect.
The license may be blocked immediately if the violation involves bypassing security, unauthorized distribution of keys, attacks on infrastructure, or unlawful actions.

The plugin is provided within the scope of the functions described in the offer, documentation, and Client Panel. The Licensor does not guarantee that the plugin will meet every individual business objective of the Client unless it has been expressly accepted in writing.
In B2B relations, the Licensor's liability for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss resulting from the lack of a backup, or issues caused by the Client's environment is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Liability limitations do not apply in situations where applicable law strictly prohibits such limitation.

The EULA applies from the moment of acceptance upon purchase, renewal, Trial, or installation/activation of the plugin, whichever occurs first.
The governing law is Polish law. In B2B relations, disputes concerning the EULA shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Licensor's registered office, unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise.
